Experiencia:
Investigación de mercados, gestión de proyectos de investigación.
Account management de leads y clientes actuales, convirtiéndolos en socios de negocio
Desarrollo end to end del proceso
Diseño del calendario del proyecto, variables y metodologías que cumplan con los objetivos plasmados en la propuesta.
Seguimiento del calendario del proyecto para asegurar que las actividades se cumplan según lo programado (proveedores, revisiones internas, manejo del equipo).
Desarrollo de presentaciones de resultados, análisis y generación de insights
Incorporación de diferentes fuentes de información a los análisis (insights de industria, fuentes secundarias, distintas herramientas que forman parte de la investigación).
Manejo del cliente dentro de la evolución del proyecto
Contribuir en la definición e implementación de estrategias comerciales.
Requisitos:
- Tener al menos 4 años de experiencia en investigación de mercados, gestión de proyectos y 3 años de experiencia como Manager
- Conocimientos avanzados sobre eCommerce/Research
- Background sólido en investigación, estrategias y conocimientos digitales
- Trato con clientes clave y stakeholders
- Visión de negocio.
- Habilidades de venta y negociación
- Tener habilidades de Project Management.
- Escucha activa y habilidades de comunicación
- Inglés no necesario
