Mission:

Sales Account Specialist works on developing solid relationship with Hitachi Energy Mexico customers and account. Executing medium to long-term planning to ensure Hitachi base business in assigned segment.

Responsibilities:

Understands the key business drivers of the relevant customers business and business environment and interprets the impact and opportunity for Hitachi Energy. Participates in the development of sales strategies for the account by proving the customer's current business and long-term plans. Leads the development and implementation of the account plan and SoW growth actions. Defines and proposes sales targets for the account and ensures their achievement with a structured follow up process across Divisions and Countries. Sells products/solutions/services to customers, focusing on volume, mix and profitability targets representing all Hitachi Energy. Creates added value for the customer and Hitachi by ensuring a coordinated sale approach Monitors competitors’ activity with the account and ensures that appropriate response strategies are formulated and implemented. Gives input on market price developments. Drives application of standardized Marketing and Sales processes and tools (Sales force , account plans, etc). for the account. Resolving problems and ensuring high quality service to the customers.

Your Background:

Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related field  3- 5 years of experience in similar roles Experience in sales of electrical equipment and machines Knowledge in renewable energy Experience in sales of power generation, transmission and distribution projects.
