About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Operations Specialist to join our team at Lenovo. As a Sales Operations Specialist, you will play a critical role in driving sales transformation and process improvement across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement efficient and effective processes to deliver results, including interlocks between Operations and GSC, GL, AR, Credit, and other segments.
  • LPOS Optimization: Improve the usage of LPOS for Consumer, Retail, and Business Partners, with a goal of achieving +90% order loads through LPOS.
  • Retail Order Processing: Streamline retail order processing processes to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
  • Training and Enablement: Support and train country teams on D365 dashboards, Commercial Forecast module, pipeline update maintenance, and other sales operations tools.
  • Sales Transformation: Drive sales transformation processes, focusing on solution selling and support rather than hardware sales.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Develop and maintain reporting systems to provide up-to-date and accurate information on sales orders and performance.
  • SLA Management: Ensure timely processing of orders, with a goal of not exceeding 24 hours from PO entry to SO confirmation.
  • Customer Support: Provide support to wholesalers, final customers, and account managers, including reports generation and operational strategies.
Requirements
  • Experience: Proven experience in sales support, analytical, and proactive skills, with advanced knowledge in Excel and SAP.
  • International Commerce: Experience in international commerce, including intcoterms, NOMs, and other relevant regulations.
  • Customer Focus: Strong customer focus and ability to work in a team environment.
