Empresa multinacional de la industria de empaques, está en la búsqueda de un(a) Business Development Manager con un perfil técnico-comercial excepcional. Este puesto es clave para el equipo, ya que será responsable de apoyar en la gestión comercial, atender los requerimientos de nuestros clientes actuales y consolidar nuevas oportunidades de negocios en el mercado potencial, siempre conforme a los lineamientos estratégicos de la compañía.


  • Asegurar la satisfacción del cliente mediante la prestación de un servicio excelente, conservando una buena relación con todos.
  • Asesorar a los clientes en el desarrollo de los productos.
  • Elaborar cotización de productos terminado de acuerdo a la solicitud del cliente.
  • Seguimiento y desarrollo de nuevos clientes.
  • Hacer seguimiento a los proyectos en curso y nuevos proyectos.
  • Atender requerimientos especiales de clientes, informar sobre estatus de órden de compra, reclamos y solucionarlos.
  • Responsable de administrar cuenta claves de clientes.
  • Seguimiento a diseño de artes para el desarrollo de proyectos
  • Plantear cambios de especificaciones a los clientes para mejorar nuestro proceso y optimizar costos tales como: Cambio de laminado, tapas, sellos, etc.
  • Conciliar pedidos con los clientes.
  • Negociación de condiciones comerciales.
  • Atender visitas de clientes y proyectos a plantas.
  • Buscar nuevas oportunidades de negocio, retroalimentando a clientes existentes, con visitas a los clientes potenciales.
  • Elaboración de informes semanales, mensuales y además requerimientos de la gerencia financiera, comercial y de Manufactura a nivel regional.
  • Realizar gestiones de cobro y facturación.


Requisitos:
  • Ingeniero industrial, Ing Mecánico, Administrador o similar. De preferencia
  • con alguna maestría.
  • Mínimo de 5 años en cargo similares como responsable de cuentas claves y de desarrollo de negocios.
  • Capacidad para la realización de estrategias comerciales.
  • Capacidad de proporcionar atención y servicios a clientes.
  • Capacidad para garantizar la distribución del producto.
  • Capacidad de análisis de mercados.
  • Capacidad para realizar campañas de promoción y ventas.
  • Capacidad de análisis de ventas.
  • Capacidad de investigación sobre promoción de productos de la competencia.
  • Capacidad matemática/ habilidades de anälisis de costos.
  • Habilidades interpersonales
