About You:

We are looking for an individual who aims for results, is accountable, and an influencer leader who challenges the status quo. Someone with strive to be the best, but at the same time is a very good teammate and leads by example. Works solving a range of problems within their area of responsibility. Analyses possible solutions based on knowledge and experience of procedures, best practices, and the business context. Understands key business drivers and the external market.

About the Role:

Fulfills with local and global policies, processes, and reports, as well as purpose improvements or efficiencies to ensure finances and operational control environment. Develop finance control reports supporting the adequate execution of budget, efficiency, and process, like land management, plantation, and replanting plans, inventory management, personal transportation, fuel consumption, tool consumption, etc. Coordinate and executive the physical inventories for Biological Assets, Agrochemicals, Tools & Spare Parts in each Agriculture warehouse. Support of control environment ensuring compliance with Control Assurance and Risk Management. Constantly strive to improve forecast, accounting & control processes ensuring the right usage of cost center, GL accounts, etc., and champion the Code of Business Conduct. Provides mentorship to guarantee appropriate financial governance and controls are in place, working together with Share Services Center and Local Finance team. Provide operational and finance recommendations to make agile and speedy decisions to achieve Agriculture Diageo's goals, strategy, and ambition. Prepare the Annual Operating Plan and monthly forecast for the support and some indirect areas, working with each cost center owner (main partners). Work with the Finance Agriculture team and Share Service Center, preparing the monthly Business Performance Review, providing explanation about variance vs Annual Plan, Latest Estimation, and last year. Prepare and present business case according to agriculture projects, ESG agenda, and vendors related to support and indirect areas.

Experience required/Skills:

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineer, Economist. 5 years of experience in Controlling & Accounting, Finance Control Environment, and Finance Business Partner. Expert in Excel. Have SAP knowledge and Power BI desired. Advance in English Develop and run Ad hoc finance reports and analysis. Strong accounting and forecast skills and the ability to work with different teams and levels. Be hands-on and a professional with the attitude to build and improve processes, and lead the continued improvement attitude.
