Provide support to the function of the Credit Bureau for NMAC, in accordance with the guidelines and policies defined by the company to comply with the requirements of a legal and regulatory nature for the operation based in the United States.

Responsibilities

•Review disputes regarding the credits of Nissan and Infiniti customers entered by customers into the company's global system.•Updatecostumer´scredit score afterdevelopinganinvestigationontheiraccounthistory.•Monitor compliance of the operation in accordance with the legal and regulatory provisions of the United States.•Notify in time the answer about the disputes generated by the clients via system.•Ensure the accuracy of the information regarding the customer´s information.•Analysis of accounts in Collection & bankruptcy.

Requirements

•BA Degree preferred•Desirable experience in administrationactivities•MS Office Advanced (Excel proficiency) •Fluent English.•No write-ups within the last 12 months.
