Definir, validar, Mantener y documentar procesos de manufactura con uso óptimo de recursos asegurando el nivel de calidad, productividad y minimizando desperdicio (scrap), mejorando continuamente la capacidad de procesos para cumplir con las especificaciones. Adaptable a cambios constantes en alcances o tareas especificas relacionadas con los objetivos de la organización, pensamiento crítico, así como resolución de problemas de Ingeniería con una excelente actitud de servicio y manejo de múltiples proyectos ejecutándose paralelamente.

Diseñar e implementar los procesos que cumplan con los requerimientos del producto y alto desempeño operativo. Documentar todos los procesos de acuerdo con el sistema de Calidad ISO y FDA . Responder oportunamente a las CAPAS, identificando la causa raíz de las desviaciones al sistema y ejecutando. Identificar y minimizar las fuentes de Scrap. Planear y ejecutar proyectos OPEX. Diseñar los entrenamientos técnicos y operativos. Mantener actualizado los PFMEA. Ejecutar las validaciones de proceso de acuerdo al MVP. Definir las necesidades de incremento de capacidad. Dar soporte en los proyectos de nuevos productos. Solución de problemas de calidad productividad y scrap aplicando técnicas de análisis y optimización. Mantener actualizado el costeo de productos. Mantener actualizada la documentación de Proceso. Acatar las medidas de seguridad necesarias para prevenir accidentes, enfermedades profesionales y contingencias ambientales dentro de la empresa. Notificación de los actos, condiciones inseguras y riesgos ambientales observada(s) en cualquier área de la empresa. Ingeniería: Ingeniero Eléctrico/ Mecánico/Mecatrónica/Electromecánico/Industrial o Carrera afín. +5 años de experiencia en administración de proyectos. Inglés avanzado Certificación: 6Sigma/Lean Supervisión y Administración de Proyectos. Disponibilidad para viajar.
