Misión del rol

Liderar la transformación y evolución del enfoque de producto mediante la provisión de consultoría estratégica. Este rol se enfoca en diseñar e impulsar la adopción de enfoques estratégicos de producto, así como en la gestión del cambio, asegurando que la organización es capaz de crear productos alineados con las necesidades del mercado y los objetivos estratégicos de la organización. A través de la colaboración efectiva y el desarrollo de una cultura con foco en productos al servicio de los clientes, el Product Strategy Consultant maximiza el valor entregado a los clientes y fomenta la innovación continua. Como catalizador de cambio, este rol impulsa la adopción de enfoques estratégicos basados en producto y guía a los equipos hacia la excelencia en la gestión y ejecución de sus portafolios de producto.

  • Entende las necesidades y problemas de los clientes para desarrollar productos relevantes y valiosos.
  • Asegura que todas las áreas de la organización trabajen de manera conjunta para crear y entregar productos exitosos.
  • Identifica oportunidades y valida ideas de producto para minimizar riesgos y maximizar impacto.
  • Mantiene una alineación continua con los intereses de todas las partes involucradas y asegurar el apoyo para las iniciativas de producto.
  • Aumenta la eficiencia y efectividad en la creación y lanzamiento de productos.
  • Diseña y ejecuta estrategias de producto y planes de adopción de cambio, aportando experiencia y mejores prácticas para impulsar la transformación organizacional.

Tu experiencia:

  • Al menos 3 años de experiencia en roles de head de producto, VP de producto, o Chief product officer (CPO) y un mínimo de 10 años en el ámbito de producto.
  • Certified Product Manager, SAFe Product Owner/SAFe Product Manager, Design Thinking, PMP/PgMP, Business Agility, Change Management
