We are looking for a HR Specialist who will work with the Eastman team on the initial implementation of the SuccessFactors Talent Management modules, including Onboarding and Succession & Development. Under the guidance of the HR Systems Manager, assist with the implementation of these modules including testing, training and support HR teams. Assist with ongoing support of Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Learning and Recruiting as needed, providing backup completes quarterly release testing, set up and testing of new features and system functionality and regional end user training and support.
The Specialist will develop training materials and job aids for new functionality and update existing documentation as changes occur with the quarterly releases. This position will process security requests to grant access to SAP security roles supporting Human Resources, following established security protocols. In addition, the Specialist will participate in a variety of HR process improvement and automation projects as needed.
QualificationsSkills required:
- Must have demonstrated knowledge of a cloud Human Capital Management (HCM) system. The ideal candidate will have SuccessFactors HCM. Other SuccessFactors Talent Management module experience a plus.
- Must be proficient in use of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Power Point, Excel (beginner to intermediate)
- Communicates effectively, both verbally and in writing. Must have demonstrated proficiency with written English.
- Must demonstrate close attention to detail and a systematic approach to managing the flow of work
- Serve as project leader and/or project member as assigned
- Work without close supervision - Demonstrates initiative and must be proactive
