Objetivo:

Coordinar la disponibilidad de producto entre los clientes de Nature´s Heart y sus clientes, minimizando los agotamientos y el sobre-inventario con la finalidad de incrementar las ventas y garantizar la satisfacción de los consumidores finales.

 

Un día en la vida de:

  • Asegurar que el funcionamiento de la fórmula de resurtido cumpla con los parámetros establecidos, identificando impactos en la disponibilidad, gestionando cambios o proponiendo acciones compensatorias así como comunicando a las áreas involucradas otros factores que impacten de manera directa o indirecta la fórmula de resurtido, a fin de garantizar la satisfacción del consumidor final.
  • Asegurar que el producto se encuentre en las cantidades ideales para el manejo de inventario de la cadena.
  • Identificar impactos de la estrategia de catalogación (región-formato-tienda) en los indicadores de disponibilidad (sobre inventario y agotamientos) y recomendar cambios para la optimización del catálogo. Participar en la evaluación del impacto de la estrategia de anaquel como stock de seguridad.
  • Coordinar las actividades promocionales entre las áreas involucradas y los puntos de venta, garantizando la disponibilidad del producto y evaluando la promoción durante su vigencia a fin de asegurar que se cumplan con los objetivos esperados.
  • Participar en la definición de la estrategia de lanzamiento de producto en lo relativo a los factores que aseguren la disponibilidad óptima (Definición de volúmenes iniciales por tienda)) así como monitoreando y evaluando el nivel de disponibilidad vs. plan, corregir posibles desviaciones y enviar sugerencias para hacer resurtible un producto.
  • Recomendar al cliente y mantener el nivel de inventario ideal para temas de exhibición de productos en puntos de venta; así como planear la estrategia de salida que permita regresar a los niveles óptimos de inventario.
  • Participar en el proceso de planeación interna de la demanda, con la finalidad de contribuir a dar un mejor nivel de servicio al cliente.
  • Participar y recomendar en el proceso de definición de acuerdos logísticos con el cliente, desde la perspectiva de asegurar la disponibilidad optima en punto de venta.

 

 

Lo que te hará exitoso:

  • Experiencia mínima de 5 años en Servicio a Clientes y Cadena de Suministro
  • Experiencia mínima de 1 añoes en Procesos de Mejora Continua
  • Excelente habilidad para comunicarse de manera asertiva y efectiva
  • Manejo de empatía para resolución de conflictos de manera conciliadora
  • Habilidad desarrollada en manejo de equipo (3 personas a cargo)
  • Conocimiento en Modelos de pronóstico y planeación de inventarios
  • Manejo de Six Sigma / Lean / SAP / Office / Power BI
  • Inglés intermedio / avanzado
