Category Leadership Coordinator

Job Description:
To drive Category 1st mindset by accelerating growth through actionable insights; providing strategic guidance for channel / brand opportunities and gaining influence in day-to-day decisions.
Key Responsibilities
•Updating Category / Channel forecast for the next 5 years
•Lead yearly Portfolio Rationalization process with multifunctional team to ensure healthy portfolio growth and define items to be delisted due to performance.
•Analyze Portfolio performance and identify top Items within Channels / Categories, so strategies can be focused on these Core/Future Core sku’s to ensure distribution, visibility, and prioritize them in Picture of Success.
•Accelerate deployment of Global Category Capabilities (Training, Talent, Tools)
•Generate monthly Scorecard of Category Performance in the market and share trends and insights for marketing / sales / customer marketing teams.
•Facilitate the use of external platforms and data providers like Nielsen and ISCAM so extended teams can generate needed analysis.
•Manage relationship with external data providers to ensure up-to-date information, coordinate periodical Business Reviews with commercial / marketing team.
Qualifications / Knowledge & Experience
College graduate with degree in Marketing / Business Administration / Industrial Engineering.
Experience in Category Management / Sales / Marketing / Shopper Insights / Customer Marketing
Category and shopper insights experience with a demonstrated ability to develop strong and impactful category insights & solutions.
Analytical background and ability to transform data into actions.
Background in Category Management / Marketing / Customer Marketing or Sales
