Principal Accountabilities

In addition to the following Epson's policies and procedures, principle accountabilities include, but are not limited to:

Assignation of quotas and tasks supervision of the Sales team. Support the Sales Specialists in the visits to their clients. Lead the processes of relationships with the final user. Supervise and control the correct operation of the Channels program. Keep updated the forecast of corporate and government business of the company. Supervise and control the process of the Government business in its different models of contracting (reverse auction. Lesser amount, bidding and direct hiring). Make follow up to the quotas assigned to his team and report the fulfillments by quarter with its corresponding supports.

Other various and/or in collaboration with other areas:

Feedback and support of the team work requirements. Alignment of policies and objectives of the company sales team. Work jointly the prices policies, solutions and trainings to the final user. Coordinate the demonstration of required equipment and the brochures delivery. Process the requests of the channel clients regarding the web site of channels. Establish quotas and commitments between the parts. Requirements and business attention (demand generation).

Minimum Experience Requirements

C - Requires Experience at an intermediate level (5-8 years)

Education

E - Completion of an undergraduate program required (B.A. or B.S.).

International Travel - Up to 50%Local Travel - Up to 50%
