Gestionar la cartera de cuentas clave del canal OES (Equipo Original Servicio) para alcanzar el objetivo anual de ventas, generar activamente nuevas oprtunidades de negocios, ventas y de mercado, estableciendo relaciones sólidas con los clientes y conectando con los equipos internos de ZF para mejorar la experiencia y centralidad al consumidor.
Funciones principales y secundarias del puesto
Negociación de volumenes anuales de venta Desarrollar nuevos negocios para incrementar ventas Detectar e integrar clientes potenciales Mantener óptima relación comercial con la cartera de clientes Retroalimentar y proponer internamente mejoras para la satisfacción del cliente Establecer el objetivo anual de ventas de su cartera de clientes Negociar los volumenes anuales de venta de su cartera de clientes por cada línea de producto Monitorear ventas y proponer acciones de mejora cuando amerite Elaborar pronósticos mensuales de ventas Brindar soluciones a los clientes de manera oportuna Detectar y sugerir oportunidades de crecimiento en ventas¿Qué necesitas?
Experiencia mínima años como KAE/KAM para OES Administración de empresas, Marketing, Ingienería Industrial Negociación, Análisis comerciales de volumen y rentabilidad, Creatividad comercial, Relaciones públicas Conocimiento en sector automotriz (PLUS) Inglés intermedio-
