Your ImpactIn this role at Equivity, you'll assist in shaping our marketing strategies and enhancing our brand communication. Your contributions will help us create compelling content, manage our social media presence, and support our marketing initiatives with creative designs and videos.
What You’ll Do:
  • Create and Manage Email Marketing Campaigns and Strategies: Design and develop email templates, track results, and optimize campaigns for improved performance.
  • Design Digital Content for Social Media: Produce and design digital content such as images, graphics, and videos for social media posts, reels, and other formats to boost engagement and brand visibility.
  • Manage Social Media Accounts: Administer social media accounts and assist in developing strategies to enhance audience interaction and brand exposure.
  • Design and Produce Branding Assets: Create graphic assets for marketing materials, including landing pages, one-pagers, business cards, eBooks, and other branding materials.
  • Optimize Website Pages: Edit and optimize web pages, particularly on platforms like Wix, to improve their performance and user experience.
  • Organize Design and Marketing Files: Maintain and organize design files and marketing assets for an efficient workflow and easy access to resources.

What We’re Looking For:
  • Bachelor's degree in graphic design, communication, marketing, or related fields.
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets, Google Drive, and Google Slides.
  • Advanced English language skills (90% proficiency)
  • Experience with Figma, Canva, and video editing software.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, After Effects, etc.).
  • Knowledge of social media, B2B, branding and SEO.
  • Knowledge or interest in email marketing platforms and CRM management.
  • Experience or interest in website creation platforms such as Wix (HTML and web coding knowledge is a plus).
  • Experience with communication tools such as Skype and project management tools like Zoho Projects.
  • Strong creativity and organizational skills.

What We Offer:
  • Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00am - 5:00pm
  • $14,000 pesos a month + performance bonuses
