Marketing Assistant

At Equivity, we're seeking a talented Marketing Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our marketing team, you'll play a crucial role in shaping our marketing strategies and enhancing our brand communication.

Your Responsibilities
  • Create and manage email marketing campaigns and strategies, designing and developing email templates, tracking results, and optimizing campaigns for improved performance.
  • Design digital content for social media, producing and designing images, graphics, and videos for social media posts, reels, and other formats to boost engagement and brand visibility.
  • Manage social media accounts, administering and assisting in developing strategies to enhance audience interaction and brand exposure.
  • Design and produce branding assets, creating graphic assets for marketing materials, including landing pages, one-pagers, business cards, eBooks, and other branding materials.
  • Optimize website pages, editing and optimizing web pages, particularly on platforms like Wix, to improve their performance and user experience.
  • Organize design and marketing files, maintaining and organizing design files and marketing assets for an efficient workflow and easy access to resources.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in graphic design, communication, marketing, or related fields.
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets, Google Drive, and Google Slides.
  • Advanced English language skills (90% proficiency).
  • Experience with Figma, Canva, and video editing software.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, After Effects, etc.).
  • Knowledge of social media, B2B, branding, and SEO.
  • Knowledge or interest in email marketing platforms and CRM management.
  • Experience or interest in website creation platforms such as Wix (HTML and web coding knowledge is a plus).
  • Experience with communication tools such as Skype and project management tools like Zoho Projects.
  • Strong creativity and organizational skills.
What We Offer
  • Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00am - 5:00pm.
  • $14,000 pesos a month + performance bonuses.
