POSITION SUMMARY
The Human Resources Manager plans, direct and coordinate Human Resource management activities of an organization to maximize the strategic use of human resources and maintain functions such as employee compensation, recruitment, personnel policies, and regulatory compliance.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.Administer compensation, benefits and performance management systems, labor relations, employee relations, safety, and recreation programs.

4.Analyze and modify compensation and benefits policies to establish competitive programs and ensure compliance with legal requirements.

7.Responsible for policies and Human Resources processes development, such as performance management and improvement systems.
8.Analyze statistical data and reports to identify and determine causes of personnel problems and develop recommendations for improvement of organization's personnel policies and practices.
9.Conduct exit interviews to identify reasons for employee termination.
10.Negotiate bargaining agreements and help interpret labor contracts.
11.Prepare personnel forecast to project employment needs.
12.Prepare and follow budgets for personnel operations.

14.Develop and/or administer special projects in areas such as pay equity, savings bond programs, day-care, and employee awards.
15.Contract with vendors to provide employee services, such as food service, transportation, or relocation service.
QUALIFICATIONS
•Bachelor’s degree in industrial relations or business Administration.
- At minimum of seven (7) years of experience in manufacturing environment preferred.
- General knowledge of the principles and practices of personnel administration
- Good judgment
- Bilingual
- Well versed in supervisory skills.
- Excellent verbal, listening and written communication skills.
- MS office proficiency (MS Word, Excel, Power Point)
- Labor Law knowledge
- Works with integrity and ethically
- Effective public relations and have sound public speaking skills.
- Time management and organizational skills
- Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships.
- Problem solving and counseling skills.
