You will have the opportunity to:
As a Data Program Manager, you will develop solutions to high visibility data challenges. Combining business acumen, technology and innovation you organize data, enable insights and collaborate to create the world’s most data-driven and efficient Finance organization. You are a self-starter with the ability to thrive in environments with multiple cross-functional stakeholders with differing priorities. You have the people skills and drive to provide training and support to team members and partners.
• Collaborate with BI analysts and Data Scientists and partner with Finance analysts to design data solutions that improve internal business processes.
• Create a vision and strategy for the data solutions prioritized.
• Develop and dynamically maintain agile roadmaps for the programs managed.
• Maintain highest levels of development practices including: technical design; solution development; test documentation/execution; issue identification and resolution; writing clean, modular and self-sustaining code.
• Ensure the integrity of data under the purview of the projects, including establishing security procedures to protect and maintain the highest level of confidentiality and data security.
• Take responsibility for release schedules and milestones along all stages of a project’s life cycle, keeping up a high velocity in a fast-paced environment.

Program Management, Stakeholder Management, Shares Vision and Strategy, Strategic Agility, Strategic Planning, Influencing, Business Analysis, Business Acumen, Business Communication Skills, Data Analysis, SQL, Data Warehousing, Data Integration, Data Science
• Conceptual, logical and physical data modeling and data architecture knowledge.
• Experience in leading programs where statistical and machine learning methods are applied to solve large scale problems.
• Experience building Business Intelligence solutions using SQL or similar query language.
• Experience in implementing Analytics and Reporting solutions like Data Warehousing, Business Intelligence as a Program Manager or Team Lead.
• Experience in analytics and ability to visualize business data and metrics through dashboards or other reporting tools
