Descripción de la vacante
- Support work to set the vision and strategy for data products across Global Supply Chain, guided by a clear understanding of business value and customer needs
- Translate business needs into requirements as input into the design, build and iteration of the data product
- Create and maintain data product roadmaps, leading the ongoing delivery and management of the product from inception to maturity
- Acts as the voice of the business to prioritize building what matters most to enable the strategic goals of the enterprise
- Owns and manages a feature backlog, teaming with architects, analysts, and engineers to elaborate requirements
- Collaborate with the IT organization to ensure appropriate resourcing and prioritization to meet business timelines
- Owns and manages the business metadata and metrics for their data products
Perfil del candidato
Understanding of the principles of Data Product Management
· Supply Chain Management knowledge
· Familiarity with data engineering concepts such as ETL, data modelling, data lakes / databases, reference data, master data etc.
· Experience leading or working on an agile development teams
· Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills in a matrix organization
· Requirements development skills
· Excellent leadership, communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills
· Experience establishing, communicating, and executing product roadmaps
· Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with the ability to make data-driven decisions
