Carrier Sales Representative

Requirements:
- A minimum of 6 months - 2 years of proven experience in carrier sales, logistics, or freight brokerage, with a strong understanding of the US transportation market.
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
- Transportation Management Systems (TMS) and other relevant software.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular performance reviews with carriers and provide feedback to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Identify and onboard new carriers to expand the company’s network.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with carrier partners to ensure long-term collaboration.
- Coordinate the assignment of loads to carriers, ensuring that shipments are picked up and delivered on time and in compliance with customer requirements.
- Analyze market trends and carrier performance data to make informed decisions and adjustments to carrier agreements.
- Negotiate competitive rates with carriers to secure capacity while maximizing company margins.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure seamless integration of carrier services into the company’s logistics processes.
