Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting and lead generation
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and meet sales targets
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment with customer needs and expectations
- Forecast, monitor, and document sales performance against plan
- Participate in industry events and trade shows to promote the company, products, and services
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Engineering, Administration, and Marketing are preferred)
- 2-5+ years of experience in sales and distribution channel management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive and able to balance multiple priorities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Fluent in English and Spanish
