As a Social Media Analyst SSA  you’ll be challenged to take on work that upholds this mission and pushes Concierge Service forward to be part of members daily life. You’ll grow as a person and leader in your field, all the while helping members make their lives better in the positive corner of the internet.

The Social Media Analyst SSA  plans and executes integrated campaigns across all social media channels, partnering with a cross-functional team such as client services & corporate clients; content; customer experience, value proposition & suppliers & offers and Benefits and Service Delivery. You will also experience a Marketing in a daily basis supporting the team in different actions that might be relevant to marketing such as Inbound, e-mail marketing, referral program and any other action  to help others teams delivery the best engagement  to members to keep them engage. In order to produce content and creative activations that bring  our key messages to life and produce measurable results that would work best in market. This role serves as a close partner to the other regions in the company, working hand-in-hand to build local social media programs that support revenue goals, activating new members and identify opportunities for industry visibility and thought leadership.

Requirements

The Social Media Analyst SSA will be responsible for:

  • Creating content posts and videos for Instagram accounts Ten Concierge LAC and Vivi Concierge Account
  • Analyzing user engagement (e.g. click-through and bounce rates)
  • Reporting on web traffic for all social media
  • Building and supporting SEO and SEM strategies by implementing, analyzing and understanding keyword priorities into content marketing projects
  • Measure performance of online campaigns
  • Keep working in digital mindset to reinforce Ten’s strategy
  • Ensure Ten remains value adding and pioneering as per Ten’s business value
  • Provide members behaviours knowledge to all the teams involved in adding value to our members.
  • Plus, any other metric that Ten feels would be relevant to this role
  • Create lay outs and content to Guides to support Ops Team
  • Negotiate with micro influencers to create opportunities to partner with them

Other responsibilities

  • Report on web traffic from all social media
  • Responsible for managing the social media platform dedicated to SSA market with direct support from the marketing manager;
  • Inbound Marketing (aka e-mail marketing, top of funnel, awareness and topics  related to engage, educate and inspire members across LAC region);
  • Analyse user engagement (e.g click through and bounce rates)
  • Work to make the First and second Marketing Funnel layer happen in order to attract new members always looking for opportunities in LAC market in order to promote reports, trends, analyses and be able to transform data into information;
  • Content creation, photos, videos and texts that will be used in strategic social media actions (LATAM);
  • Recommend website and campaign optimization when needed;
  • Identify habits of our online customers and suggest ways to reach a broader audience
  • Maintain a cohesive strategy across marketing, content team, customer experience and suppliers to increase our brand awareness
  • Ensure timely responses to customers and followers’ queries and comments
  • Advise other employees on their social media activity (e.g. how to respond to comments and questions by customers and what to share on personal or company accounts)
  • Monitoring KPI's, content and seasonal promotions in all the company's digital communication channels (LATAM);
  • Monitoring social media from partners, suppliers, customers and potential competitors.
  • Build and maintain a relationship with followers plus Social Listening in all LAC.
  • To work closely to Content Team, CX and Supplier Team  in order to demonstrate to corporate clients the importance of being online as a white brand and talk about Concierge Service on the online environment.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Fluent English and Spanish
  • Designer knowledge
  • Content creation
  • Knowledge in Social Media: Ability to manage Instagram and Facebook Medias in order to be able to create captions, images, videos and also manage results via social tools;
  • Hands-on experience with social media platforms and digital marketing
  • Understanding of SEO, keyword research and Google Analytics
