¿Cómo será tu día a día?
Estarás a cargo de la nómina de la tripulación; manejo de incidencias, pre-nómina y ser el contacto con nuestro despacho contable Gestionarás los beneficios de los tripulantes: pago y gestión de vales de despensa y restaurante, altas y bajas en SV y GMM, comunicación con los proveedores Facilities: Estarás a cargo de que nuestras oficinas sean el lugar ideal para los tripulantes Apoyarás en la creación y fortalecimiento de la cultura de Creditas, haciendo el viaje de cada tripulante, una experiencia mágica Apoyarás a la atracción de nuevos talentos¿A quién buscamos?
Experiencia de al menos 3 años como People Operations, Generalista o similar Experiencia de al menos 3 años en manejo de nómina de +100 personas Conocimiento en Ley Federal del trabajo, ley Fiscal y Seguro social Una persona proactiva y con fuerte atención al detalle Una gran pasión por la mejora continua de los procesos Una apasionada por las personas y la culturaNuestro proceso de selección
