Sales Manager

 

Tus principales responsabilidades a desarrollar:

  • Definir y ejecutar la estrategia comercial de la organización.
  • Analizar el mercado y la competencia.
  • Buscar nuevos clientes potenciales y fidelizarlos.
  • Coordinar la cartera de clientes existentes.
  • Controlar los canales de venta y buscar la ampliación hacia nuevos horizontes.

 

 

Requisitos mandatorios:

  • Experiencia en ventas.
  • Capacidad para liderar al personal, motivar al trabajador y gestionar equipos humanos es fundamental. También se busca personal capaz de tomar decisiones efectivas.
  • Habilidades de comunicación.
  • Conocimientos de marketing y dotes para la comunicación, al mismo tiempo que resistencia y voluntad de crecimiento ante nuevas posibilidades laborales.
