This role involves overseeing the strategic outlook and daily operations of our Channel Sales team while ensuring our sales enablement programs align with corporate goals and meet the needs of our partners.

What your day will look like:

  • Serve as the regional Channel Enablement liaison with the Sales and LatCar Marketing teams, translating corporate marketing and sales activities into clear, actionable strategies for sales partners
  • Develop tailored sales tools in collaboration with Product Marketing Management and Sales, such as on-demand webinars and presentation templates for partner training and product updates
  • Work closely with Application Engineers to create on-demand training content, helping sales partners to quickly become proficient in Genetec solutions, tools, and portals
  • Deliver live commercial training to a targeted list of regional partners and develop learning paths that combine commercial and technical certification training
  • Promote activities aligned with the region's needs to increase the engagement and loyalty of channel partners with Genetec
  • Launch internal workshops to simplify the sales process for the field team and collaborate with the LatCar Channel Sales team on program strategy and effectiveness
  • Manage the day-to-day activities of the LatCar Channel Sales team, ensuring alignment and support for Genetec’s field sales team and systems integrators
  • Interface regularly with management to provide updates and strategic suggestions to enhance team performance
  • Become proficient in CRM and Power BI to support the sales team with analytics and performance tracking
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, providing feedback and coaching to team members for continuous development
  • Promote and strengthen Genetec's partner program in the region, supporting the sales team in performance analysis and the promotion of channel partners in the program

More about you:

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, sales, or a related field, with a strong background in channel/indirect sales models or sales enablement programs
  • Proven program/project management and content development skills, with a track record of taking end-to-end ownership and successful delivery
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision, translating broad directives into effective actions
  • Strong relationship-building skills across functional teams, coupled with exceptional communication and presentation abilities
  • Detailed, organized, and process-oriented, with a keen understanding of complex technology systems
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience in the IT and/or IP Security industry is preferred
