Opportunity

We are seeking an informationspecialist who will work with company business analyst andconsultants to develop and improve the performance of our ITsystems for Finance Area focalized US site support. You will workunder the responsibility of the Business Analyst to specify,develop, maintain and improve the performance of solutions thatautomate our business processes. You will also monitor the globalperformance of IT services which support the core process and takeproactive and/or reactive steps to restore or improve serviceperformance. The deployment of robust IT solutions for finance andControlling Areas. Support the full implementation lifecycle of theS/4HANA. Work closely with partner and client teams to ensurealignment with projectobjectives. 

Description

MAINTAINING SOLUTIONS:

  • Liases between business andIT resources.
  • Works with ITArchitects,Development and Support teams to coordinate delivery dates,prioritization for initiatives, ultimately meeting businessneeds
  • Help external service partner inresolving incidents providing needed functional infoabout  business processes and process integrationcriticalities.
  • Documents, recommends, andpresents systems enhancements and alternatives to meet businessrequirements.
  • Drives continuous improvementactivities for Finance and Controlling area: Leads Root CauseAnalysis of major incidents; recommend and implement improvementideas
  • Communicate changes and provide trainingto impacted key users or users • Regular liaison with internal andexternal clients 
  • Working within acomplex matrix organization internationally  Provideexpertise in SAP Finance functionalities

Qualifications Professional

  • Skills and Experience:
  • Excellent communication skills and ability towork collaboratively. Strong attention to detail, especially inhigh pressure and high activity situations
  • Demonstrated ability to guide the work ofothers, including external suppliers and service providers, tointeract with people working remotely, in different countries andfrom different business and geographical cultures.
  • Demonstrates knowledge and awareness ofprocess and service concepts, practices, andprocedures. 
  • Over 3 years ofexperience in design and deployment of SAP solutions for Financeand Controlling:
  • Experience with SAP S/4HANAFinance modules and CFIN (CentralFinance) 
  • Expert in businessprocesses aiming to support Finance Business.  Broadunderstanding of technology and software development andimplementation practice. 
  • Knowledgeof invoice dematerialization process (nice to have expertise onEsker Tool)
  • Knowledge on Accounting US topics
  • The ideal candidate is a self-starter
