Principales Responsabilidades:
- Serás responsable de construir alianzas sólidas con minoristas clave para desarrollar y hacer crecer las categorías.
- Desarrollarás recomendaciones de exclusión de listados de surtidos.
- Te encargarás de crear estrategias de exposición del surtido ideal.
- Supervisarás la correcta implementación y cumplimiento de los planogramas.
- Prepararás y analizarás los informes de desempeño para identificar oportunidades.
- Lic. En Mercadotecnia, Comercio Internacional o afín.
- Mínimo 2 años desempeñando roles como Category Management, Category Coordinator o similares.
- Paquetería Microsoft Office nivel avanzado.
- Conocimientos sólidos en: Canales de venta, puntos de venta, negociación de capitanías, desarrollo, gestión e implementación de estrategias para el área Comercial.
- Inglés Intermedio.
- Competencias de: Liderazgo, Gestión del Cambio, Integración Organizacional y Mentalidad Estratégica.
