Reporting Accountant

Purpose

Supervises the issuance of the Financial Statements, verifying that the Company complies with the applicable standards. Collects and consolidates the financial information of the Business Groups.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES,

F2. ENSURES COMPLIANCE WITH THE USEFULNESS, OPERATIONAL EFFICIENCY AND COMMITMENT OF EMPLOYEES TO THE FULFILLMENT OF ORGANIZATIONAL GOALS.

Supports the preparation of the financial reports of the Bolsa Mexicana de Valores for the decision making of investors. 20% Requests and supports internal customers in the preparation and filling of the OrbiaNotes, which are used to complete the footnotes of the Financial Statements. Supports in the consolidation of the financial information of the businesses. Registers financial information in the reporting system of the Mexican Stock Exchange. Assists in the delivery of financial reports in conjunction with the Investor Relations area.

C2. PROVIDE TIMELY ATTENTION AND QUALITY SERVICE TO OUR CUSTOMERS.

Provides timely and quality attention to internal customers. 10% Provides cordial attention in the follow-up of financial questions. Provides timely responses and solutions to internal customers.

Q1. ENSURES PRODUCTION PROCESSES, OBTAINING THE HIGHEST RETURN ON HUMAN CAPITAL AND MATERIAL RESOURCES.

Supports the correct classification and categorization of financial concepts for the fulfillment of operational efficiency. 10% Analyzes the intercompany operations process. Supports business units for correct classification of Inter company operations. Carries out the accounting policy related to the Inter company operations process. Supports in the development of key performance indicators (KPIs) for management purposes. 10% Requests information from the areas involved (tax, investor relations, legal, etc.). Consolidates and analyzes the information received from the areas involved Delivers the reports to upper management. Supports in the follow-up of doubts, observations and adjustments in the KPIs.

Q2. ENSURES COMPLIANCE WITH THE PROCESSES AND STANDARDS ESTABLISHED FOR CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT.

Participates in the design of operational and financial processes for the continuous improvement of the area. 10% Supports in the mapping of operational and financial processes for the continuous improvement of the area. Supports in the development of financial policies for the continuous improvement of the audit process. Supports in the requirements and documentation requested for audits. 10% Supports in the delivery of the documentation required for the audit process. Complies with established accounting processes and regulations. 10% Participates in the activities established for compliance with the processes and regulationsimplemented in the company.

PROFILE

EDUCATION(100%)

Minimum: Accountant.

Bachelor’s degree.

Desired: Certified Public Accountant (CPA).

KNOWLEDGE (15%) Bachelor’s degree in Accounting. 5-10 years of Accounting and Finance experience (preferably in the manufacturing industry). IFRS experience (highly desirable). Basic level of knowledge of statutory reporting of public companies in Mexico (required). Experience with SAP ERP system (highly desirable). Proficient in using computer software (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Power BI, etc.). English, proficient. Spanish, proficient

EXPERIENCE IN YEARS (50%)

5 years

Experience:

5 to 10 years of experience in reporting, financial and accounting analysis.

Specific training:

Knowledge in SAP. Knowledge in CFIN. Knowledge in accounting standards. Knowledge in MS Excel.

English: Proficiency level
