Responsibilities
  • Provide direct administrative support to the Project Control / Operations group.
  • Coordinate and organize meetings, including preparing agendas, sending meeting invitations, and arranging events both inside and outside the office. This may include handling food and beverage requests.
  • Prepare reports, organizational charts, and presentations for district leader meetings.
  • Manage scheduling and logistics for travel, meetings, and other activities as needed.
  • Maintain internal and external contact lists.
  • Follow up on deadlines and commitments made by district leaders.

Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years of experience with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Business, or related field.
  • Advanced level of English.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.
  • Knowledge of Visio is an additional advantage.
