The Doc Support Specialist 4 performs moderately complex and varied assignments. Most of the impact is related to quality of execution. Works with limited supervision. May service an expansive array of products/services. Demonstrates technical/administrative expertise. Applies specialized functional area skills and basic knowledge including underlying professional/technical principles or standards. The technical procedures for this level are well defined. Understands how duties relate with others in the team/unit and how the unit integrates with others in accomplishing the work of the function. Exchanges moderately complex information with others. There may be occasional handling of awkward contacts. Basic knowledge of the organization and its policies required. Applies research, information gathering and analysis skills to factual information. Applies judgment based on practice and precedence. Selects the best course of action from a broad array of defined options, understanding the consequences of each.

Responsibilities:

Individuals in this job family are involved in providing day-to-day operational support to an aligned business Activities include implementation support, administrative and operations coordination for the various products, programs and services offered by the business. Serve as liaisons between operations staff, product managers, relationship managers, portfolio managers, custodians, and clients. Supports activities dealing with record/documentation maintenance, storage & retrieval, account opening, imaging and administering/maintaining client accounts. Follows established procedures to complete complex assignments under limited supervision. Assists in resolving problems that require minimal investigation or research. May have direct interaction with Senior managers, to disseminate or explain information. . Trains new hires within work unit. Duties include Workflow Management and interaction with other departments, as well as basic analysis and research. Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.


Qualifications:

1-3 years relevant experience Demonstrates technical/administrative expertise. Understands how duties relate with others in the team/unit and how the unit Integrates with others in accomplishing the work of the function


Education:

High School diploma or equivalent

Realizar monitoreo y/o ejecución de procesos contables.
Validación de procesos operativos, conciliación de cifras contables y/o operativas, extracción de reportes y bases de datos para su análisis.
Elaboración de reportes regulatorios y/o operativos, así como ejecución de controles de cada proceso para la mitigación de riesgos operativos.

Ejecución de actividades a su cargo en tiempos definidos y bajo convenio de servicio.
Mitigación de Riesgos en procesos contables y/o operativos
Identificación y reportar desviaciones y riesgos.
Seguimiento a planes de remediación según aplique.
Generación de reportes a solicitud de auditoría y gerencias de Producto.
Documentación de procesos y aplicación / generación de controles con apego a regulación, políticas institucionales y estrategias vigentes.

2 años de experiencia en ramo operativo, contable, administrativo, financiero.

Habilidades de redacción / Conocimientos contables deseables /gran capacidad de análisis.

Paquetería office:
Excel intermedio, manejo de fórmulas, tablas dinámicas 
Access intermedio, exportación e importación de bases, cruces y filtros.
Manejo de Outlook, envío de correos y administrar carpetas de acuerdo prioridades.

Trabajo en equipo.
Trabajo bajo presión.
Comunicación efectiva.
Tolerancia al cambio y a al frustración.
