Long Description

Applications Engineering

Provides tech support at expert level. (pre-and post-sales) 

Gains knowledge and technical & customer service updating, attending the training courses in headquarters or locally, studying in an autodidact way, continuously improving the level of support and helping to solve tech/applications issues or doubts.

Ensures deliverables (e.g., phone calls, charts, reports, video/pictures, etc.) are met promptly.

Provides post-sales applications support to meet customer requirements.

Provides telephone and on-site engineering support for applications related issues.

Collaborates on exceptions to procedures and escalated applications issues.

Trade Show Support

Support the building and programming of specialized applications for demonstration at trade shows. Supports trade show activities through demonstration setup, technical sales support, and tear-down.

Service Support

Analyze product failures and make appropriate repairs to return equipment to production status via telephone and/or on-site. Perform on-site maintenance to deployed products and conduct operator maintenance training.

Requirements

+2 years of experience in the robotics industry mainly with PLC (Programmable Logic Controllers) English and Spanish advanced communication skills.  Open to travel between the US and Mexico. 

Minimum Experience Requirements

B - Requires some specialist or admin experience (2- 5 years)

Education

D - Completion of an undergraduate program or equivalent experience (B.A. or B.S.).

International Travel - Up to 50%
