This role is focused on develop and increase aftermarket sales, grow customer base, and manage quotes, orders, and customer requests. All these through handling and maximizing outbound calls, prospecting, and enhancing our customer experience and by maximizing CRM utilization.
Role Responsibilities
Travel: Up to 5%
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent through commercial experience English (Intermediate-Advanced)Preferred Qualifications:
The profile needs to be an extroverted commercial person that is driven by sales and customer focus. Ability to contact customers in a pro-active way Having good technical skillset to understand our products for A first level of immediate customer responses Handling standard quote requests To seek support from specialists when needed Telephone contact skills is an asset for this role-
