Position Overview:
As a Cost Controller, you will be responsible for controlling and optimizing the costs for the central departments of DI. With a strong focus in planning and actuals controlling with digital tools is expected high transparency and cost optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with DI Management to make proper FC and BDG for each individual cost center. Coordinate regular cost center review meetings with DI Management Support the digital transformation for Controlling and Finance departments in Digital Industries. Monitor monthly costs, escalating deviations from FC. Cost allocation/Distribution of central cost to Business Units Follow up with corporate departments the actuals and forecast of cost allocations Coordinate Productivity actuals and forecast tracking in Digital Industries Division Controlling of actual and forecast of Employees Ensure cost transparency in actuals and forecast for Local Management and Headquarters.Your Profile:
Degree in business administration or a related field Over 1 year of experience in controlling or accounting. Experience in ERP/accounting systems (e.g., SAP) and in-depth knowledge of MS Office (specially excel). Ability to work in diverse and international teams. Strong understanding of controlling tools and familiarity with financial KPIs. Flexibility and resilience in a dynamic environment, with a proactive and initiative-driven mindset. High analytical competence, strong commitment, results-oriented focus, confident demeanor, and assertiveness.
