Key responsibilities :

Strategically analyze the performance information of each one of the Vendors to make decisions regarding which Improvement Plans should be implemented and act on those plans in order to ensure develops KPIs for vendor selection. 

Vendor Management includes roles that manage key/strategic supplier relationships and develops profitable vendor relationships, including sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing.

Identify the most recurring problems that may be occurring in the service provided to our customers and determine actions to correct these problems together with the Vendors.

Develop KPI's and the dashboards needed, present and review them with Vendors and stakeholders.

Act as the link between operations, procurement, and financial departments for important commercial decisions. 

Design, review and revise procedures to ensure standardization and continuous optimization and ensure the procedures are adhered to maintain a positive relationship while working closely with the staff to build a strong team through coaching, goal setting, and constructive feedback.

Bachelor´s degree in general

2 years at least managing vendors, desirable in Logistics.

Advanced knowledge in Power BI, excel & Power Point

Conversational English
