Objetivo de la posición 

Hacer que la operación se mantenga sin mayor contratiempos, resolviendo estos a través de las herramientas, procesos y protocolos que se tienen y así mantener una operación transparente para el usuario que reserva con Urbvan.

 

Retos Principales: 

  1.  Generar una buena experiencia para los usuarios o clientes en un sentido logístico, es decir, que lleguen a tiempo.

Lo que harás:

  • Controlar y resolver problemas relacionados a estrategias de ruteo, de la mano con llegadas a tiempo.
  • Entender las rutas para crear estrategias para aminorar los estragos ya estando dentro de la operación. 
  • Realizar retrospectivas de lo que se ejecutó para evitar cometer los mismos errores de las rutas. 
  • Planes de eficiencia sobre llegadas y salidas, para mejorar las verticales del negocio, siendo la puntualidad su kpi principal
  • Desarrollar microprocesos o proyectos a nivel sub-área para mejorar los procesos generales de Operaciones.

 


Requisitos

Lo que buscamos: 

  • Licenciatura en Logística, Ingeniería Industrial o afín.   
  • Al menos 2-3 años de experiencia en roles similares. 
  • Experiencia en áreas de distribución, logística, delivery. 
  • Experiencia requerida en herramientas de mapeo geográfico.
  • Creación de estrategias operativas
  • SQL, Python y Hubspot deseable. 
  • Inglés intermedio
  • Excel avanzado
