Job title: Import/Export Specialist

Location: Mexico City

Job overview:

Responsible for coordinating international import logistics through different types of transportation as well as monitoring customs clearance in accordance with current applicable laws.

Responsibilities:

Review and approval of pedimentos. Generate import registration reports. Coordination of sea, air and ground transportation. Generation of the import file. Monitor compliance with internal import policies as well as the current legal framework. Monitoring of payment to suppliers. NOM certification process and RYRNAs Potential support in the logistics and customs processes of some LATAM countries. Excellent sense of urgency and frustration tolerance. Focused on continuous improvement and with the willingness to learn supply chain optimization processes. Able to lead the work team between customs brokers and freight forwarders. Teamwork with other internal areas such as planning, customer fulfilment and sales.

Basic requirements :

Graduate in Foreign Trade, International Trade, Customs, Logistics, International Business. Conversational English. Intermediate Excel. Eager to learn every day and with great dedication.
