Channel Sales Specialist, Tijuana

Como Channel Specialist, Tijuana desempeñarás un rol clave para el desarrollo comercial de la distribución industrial en las divisiones de seguridad personal, adhesivos y cintas industriales, sistemas abrasivos, y mercados eléctricos, junto con otras divisiones relacionadas a la industria. En este rol serás clave para impulsar el crecimiento a corto, mediano y largo plazo de 3M y nuestros distribuidores. Trabajarás en estrecha colaboración con equipos multidisciplinarios como marketing, ventas, servicio al cliente y cadena de suministro para: 1. Desarrollar e implementar estrategias conjuntas con distribuidores para aumentar las ventas y la rentabilidad. 2. Analizar información y conocimiento del mercado y cliente para identificar oportunidades de negocio. 3. Gestionar las relaciones con los diferentes niveles jerárquicos.

Licenciatura en Ingeniería o similar Experiencia en ventas, mercadotecnia y administración de cuentas en mercados industriales o B2B. Alta capacidad analítica Dominio del idioma ingles Dominio de herramientas de análisis de datos como (Excel, Power Point, Power Bi) y presentación Power Point Alta disponibilidad de viajeExperiencia y habilidades adicionales que podrían ayudarte a tener aún más éxito en este rol:
