About the Role:
As an Inside Sales Executive, own a specific part of the Latin America territory for the Integrated ONE OPIS portfolio. Your main responsibility will be maximizing profitable company sales revenue growth within the assigned territory focused on identifying, qualifying, negotiating, and closing renewals and new business to exceed sales targets. The location for this position Mexico City, with limited travel throughout the region as necessary. You will report to the Executive Director of Sales and Business Development, Latin America.
You Will:
Be accountable for driving revenue growth for the ONE OPIS business to meet expectations, including identification of revenue drivers and metrics to focus on market expansion and reachMonitor performance-to-plan throughout the execution year and adjust direction and sales initiatives as needed to exceed your sales quota
Create and manage sales pipeline of new business opportunities in CRM within a territory through leads from marketing and other sources plus generating potential from face-to-face and virtual meetings with customers
Work in collaboration with commercial and other representatives of our family of ONE OPIS products and services to help foment cross-sell in our important accounts.
Based on sales pipeline in CRM, provide monthly forecasting to create visibility with all market owners on revenue trends and actions to drive revenues to plan
Understand the product sales cycle and challenges, including the strategies of competitors, and use this knowledge to hone sales strategies
Build a strong network of relationships with the decision makers within the customer base to increase sales of ONE OPIS products and services
Develop and execute strategies for customers in conjunction with sales & business leadership
Work with Product Management to ensure proper positioning of complex solutions
You Have:
English (verbal and written) proficiency required4-7 years’ sales experience sales experience in the petroleum (preferred), refining (preferred), chemical (preferred), science (preferred), or related technical industry
Willingness to learn about all new ONE OPIS products and services
Understanding of the chemical industry, including industry trends, business processes, industry financial measurements, and key competitors (or willingness to learn)
Work with Product Management to ensure proper positioning of complex solutions
Applied consultative and value selling methodology using a deep understanding of the client’s needs, challenges and goals
Developed and implemented strategies for revenue growth that capitalize on the unique nature of specific environments
Demonstrated success in achieving objectives in personal projects, internship projects, or in new graduate programs at another company
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Fluency in Portuguese (preferred)
