About the Role

In this opportunity as a Professional Services Operations Coordinator , you will:

Schedule training and consulting engagements for external customers  Asses resource availability to effectively put together training schedules  Work across Professional Services to proactively plan and execute staff ramp up needs to meet customer demand  Collaborate with Sales to understand pipeline to forecast resources effectively  Manage class attendance  Handle session setup in LMS systems  Process all incoming services contracts for services to be rendered  Provide reporting on professional service events by gathering, compiling and summarizing data.  Participate in special projects as needed 

About You

You’re a fit for the role if your background includes:

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience  Fluent English is a must. Proficient use of software applications (Excel, Outlook, and Word)  Demonstrated strong & written and verbal communication skills  Excellent customer service skills  Intermediate to expert knowledge in enterprise management systems and learning management systems preferred  Characteristics of a successful Operations Coordinator  Customer Experience focused  Ability to collaborate effectively amongst several internal teams  Demonstrated ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, adapt to changing priorities, and meet deadlines  Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple job tasks in time sensitive environment  Ability to learn new tools ( enterprise management systems) quickly  Encourage new ideas, champion innovation, and drive efficiency Strong work ethic and ability to work independently  Experience with agile a plus
