We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of

Cloud Financial Data Analyst

 Role purpose:

A Cloud enthusiastic team player having around 5+ years of Experience in Financial industry as a Data Analyst with proven experience in data analytics, creation/maintenance/documentation and testing of data models working in Cloud platforms.

This player will be working directly with Finance Chance Delivery Team aiming to improve and managing Cloud Based Projects for the transformation of Finance Functions and their internal processes.

Main activities: 

Good understanding of accounting, financial and regulatory concepts that allows the correct translations of requirements to technical teams. Knowledge and understanding of multiple of Chart of Accounts and its usage in Data Models. To Build end-to-end Financial Data models, from data extraction to delivery. To be able to implement internal data governance policies for the protection and security of data. Experience in Data Analytics Cloud Tools such: Qlik Sense, Tableau, Big Query, etc.. To be able to participate during the end-to-end in development cycle involving activities such: Inception of the Project: documentation and user histories/requirements. Support for the development of a Business case involving initial assessments of requirements, architecture, solution design and cost(desirable). Visualization and conception of an overall solution by creating prototypes, data models, dashboards and reporting of the operative data flow given by final users. Documentation of the Project including Testing, metadata, data flows, operating and user manuals, etc Requirements Proven English spoken and writing abilities. Data analytics and requirements analysis are a MUST: Cloud based database consumption (SQL language), Cloud based user data analytic and reporting tools (Qlik Sense, Big Query, Tableau, etc.) To be able to work under pressure and tight working plans. Effective communications skills are a plus. Agile methodologies are desirable as well as the decision-making abilities according to working plans are required. Abilities to adapt and learn new technological tools.

Other Desirable Skills:

Usage of Documentation Tools like Jira. Scripting using cloud programming languages for AI or ML(Python or R are a plus, PowerShell). Business Intelligence knowledge of an on-premise or cloud based platform.
