Buscamos un Commercial Asset Manager motivado con un enfoque comercial para liderar la gestión de nuestros proyectos eólicos en operación. Este rol es crucial para maximizar el valor de la rentabilidad y eficiencia del proyecto. El candidato ideal será un profesional proactivo, con una sólida comprensión del Mercado Eléctrico Mayorista (MEM) en México y habilidades comerciales excepcionales para optimizar nuestros activos y fomentar relaciones clave con socios estratégicos
MisiónResponsabilidades:
· Supervisar y gestionar el desempeño operativo en el MEM y financiero de un proyecto eólico
· Desarrollar y ejecutar estrategias para maximizar los ingresos de los distintos productos (energía, potencia y CELs) supervisando al Generador representante en el mercado y en consecuencia la rentabilidad de los activos.
· Realizar análisis de datos y generar informes de rendimiento para la toma de decisiones.
· Identificar oportunidades de mejora en los contratos y en la estructura comercial de los proyectos.
· Negociar acuerdos comerciales y contratos con proveedores, clientes y socios estratégicos, así como acuerdos PPA para los activos
· Mantener relaciones efectivas con inversores, departamentos internos, clientes, autoridades reguladoras y otras partes interesadas en su ámbito de trabajo
· Asegurar una comunicación clara y efectiva con todas las partes involucradas en los proyectos.
PerfilRequisitos:
Educación: Título universitario en Ingeniería, Administración de Empresas, Finanzas, Energías Renovables o un campo relacionado. Se valorará formación adicional en gestión de activos o proyectos.
Experiencia: Mínimo de 3 años de experiencia en gestión de activos, preferiblemente en el sector de la energía eólica o energías renovables o comercialización de energía.
Habilidades Comerciales: Experiencia comprobada negociación de contratos y gestión de relaciones con clientes y proveedores.
Conocimientos Técnicos: Familiaridad con las tecnologías eólicas y la gestión de proyectos técnicos.
Competencias: Habilidades analíticas y de resolución de problemas, capacidad para trabajar bajo presión, y habilidades de comunicación y liderazgo excepcionales.
Idiomas: inglés deseable.
Localidad CDMX en oficina de lunes a viernes.
Contrato por obra (estimación de 9 meses a un año).
