Your Role:
  • As an IT Support Engineer, you will be responsible for:
  • Conducting site surveys to assess client needs
  • Installing and configuring audio-visual equipment
  • Troubleshooting technical issues
  • Managing cable infrastructure
  • Collaborating with clients to ensure satisfaction

RequirementsWhat You'll Need:
  • Strong technical knowledge of AV systems and networking
  • Experience with Cisco devices and Microsoft Teams Rooms
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team 1
  • Willingness to travel
