1.- Coordinating and steering of CHM at the location.

Initiate, coordinate and execute a systematic, integrated CHM, including evaluation and quality assurance  Leading the local steering committee/health team

2.- Communication and marketing of CHM at the location

Organization and implementation of marketing activities regarding CHM and workplace health promotion at the location Creating an annual health report for the location

3.- Providing expertise in the field of CHM for the location

Consulting the location management, ESH management, other managers and other internal functions regarding strategic decisions in CHM and its implementation

4.- Assurance of compliance

Implementing the quality criteria of the Luxembourg Declaration Implementing the internal ESH Standards and the guidelines of CHM

5.- Collaboration with internal and external partners in CHM.

Cooperation with external service providers such as EAP or providers of workplace heath promotional activities Collaboration with Coporate Health Supporting the implementation of corporate programs and trainings ( Healthy Leadership, EAP etc.)

6.- Implementation of workplace health promotion.

Implementation of workplace health promotional programs at the location

Requisitos

Doctor Medical degree (MD) and valid license to practice the profession Minimum 2 years of experience in companies or industries. Availability to cover different work schedules.

Effective decision-making skills Leadership and management skills Analytical ability Broad knowledge of common medication, side effects and contraindications In-depth knowledge of legal medical guidelines and medicine best practices  Excellent oral and written communication skills Respect for patient’s confidentiality Compassionate and approachable Responsible and trustworthy
