The Digital S/W Engineer Sr Mgr accomplishes results through the management of professional team(s) and department(s). Integrates subject matter and industry expertise within a defined area. Contributes to standards around which others will operate. Requires in-depth understanding of how areas collectively integrate within the sub-function as well as coordinate and contribute to the objectives of the entire function. Requires basic commercial awareness. Developed communication and diplomacy skills are required in order to guide, influence and convince others, in particular colleagues in other areas and occasional external customers. Has responsibility for volume, quality, timeliness and delivery of end results of an area. May have responsibility for planning, budgeting and policy formulation within area of expertise. Involved in short-term planning resource planning. Full management responsibility of a team, which may include management of people, budget and planning, to include duties such as performance evaluation, compensation, hiring, disciplinary and terminations and may include budget approval.

Able to confidently train new team-mates about your customers, what your team’s software does, how it is constructed, tested, operates, and how it fits into the bigger picture Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency, as well as effectively supervise the activity of others and create accountability with those who fail to maintain these standards.

Qualifications:

6-10 years of relevant experience in an Apps Development role or senior level experience in an Enterprise Architecture role with subject matter expert in one or more areas. Exhibit expertise in all aspects of technology by understanding broader patterns and techniques as they apply to Citi’s internal and external cloud platforms (AWS, PCF, Akamai) Lead resources and serve as a functional SME across the company through advanced knowledge of algorithms, data structures, distributed systems, networking, use of knowledge and experience to lead, architect, and drive broader adoption forward. Acquire relevant technology and financial industry skills (AWS PWS) and understand all aspects of NGA technology – including innovative approaches and new opportunities. Demonstrate knowledge on automating code quality, code performance, unit testing, and build processing in the CI/CD.

Education:

• Escalar los problemas relacionados con el proceso externo de la liga y los impedimentos que afectan a la liga en general al administrador de cartera asignado.

• Respaldar el proceso de demanda para cambios de versión, como movimientos, retenciones y cancelaciones de RCR

• Gobernanza organizacional para iniciativas independientes de productos cruzados (cuando corresponda)

• Asignar asignaciones en la herramienta CPMC según los aportes del equipo del propietario técnico para asignar el tiempo y reflejar los datos reales.

• Ejecutar actividades relacionadas con las finanzas / gestionar los gastos del proyecto.

• Realizar un seguimiento y brindar apoyo al esfuerzo asignado a equipos externos o fuera de la liga, mapeando las dependencias y asegurándose de que sean visibles en el Evento Diario de la Liga.

• Garantizar la preparación organizacional y operativa para adoptar el incremento desarrollado por la liga con el apoyo del propietario de tecnología y producto.

• Generar informes y/o stakeholders basados ​​en radiadores de información actualizados por los miembros del equipo, y participar en foros como Foros Operativos, Foro Financiero, Multirelease.

• Ayudar y apoyar a los equipos de la liga para identificar, rastrear y liderar la resolución de riesgos, dependencias e impedimentos de proceso, y gestionar activamente aquellos que exceden los límites de la liga, para proponer y/o ejecutar soluciones, escalando activamente cuando sea necesario para garantizar resolución.

• Trabajar estrechamente con los equipos para garantizar que las herramientas CPMC reflejen con precisión la evolución de los riesgos, las dependencias y los impedimentos externos de la liga.

• Responsable de consolidar a nivel de producto/proyecto los planes de implementación individuales, piezas de registro y MBM (relacionados con el proyecto) proporcionados por las diferentes células (recibir entregables revisados ​​y correctos de cada célula y colocarlos en un solo documento a nivel de proyecto).

• Responsable de informar el progreso de aprobación de los CR enumerados en el plan de implementación consolidado. Escalar con el propietario de CR en caso de rechazo de cualquier grupo.

• Responsable de coordinar que los puntos de control requeridos se acuerden y establezcan con diferentes células en el Plan de Implementación/MBM durante la ventana de lanzamiento del proyecto. Los puntos de control a nivel de liga serán organizados por Delivery Manager y cuando se produzcan cambios paralelos o períodos prolongados durante las implementaciones, los puntos de control a nivel de celda serán organizados por los equipos involucrados y proporcionarán actualizaciones a Delivery Manager. Todos los participantes identificados y acordados para ser requeridos durante los puntos de control deben estar presentes.
