As a Production Supervisor Sr. you will be responsible for managing production performance, personnel issues and safety, health and security standards.Your responsibilities will include:
Ensure compliance of production based on the PDP/OPR of the area. Ensure compliance with the 8 Quality Basics and their constant audits. Ensure Quality compliance in the product based on customer requirements. Ensure and ensure traceability of components and finished products on your lines Ensure that production in the SAP system is matched with the information generated Verify that equipment and operating personnel cycle times are in accordance with standard work. Ensure the proper skills development of your staff through the Polyvalence and Training Plan Find solution of production problems through QRCI line,QRCI of UAP or scaling production problems, quality, safety, Non TRS.Key requirements:
3-5 years in a similar position within the automotive industry. Bachelor's degree in industrial mechanical or other. Staff Management. Lean Manufacturing. IATF, AMEF, Coretool. Knowledge of adjustments or work in presses. Manage with tool-switches.
