Returnee Sales Advisor - Presencial  Como empresa global con oficinas en la Ciudad de México y en todo el mundo, estaremos encantados de trabajar junto contigo para brindarles a nuestros clientes la mejor experiencia internacional y así crear #EFMemories para siempre  El rol de Returnee Sales Advisor:  Un Returnee Advisor está en contacto con aquellos estudiantes que han regresado a su país de después de haber vivido su experiencia inolvidable en el extranjero con EF. Al estar en contacto con ellos, además de recibir la retroalimentación de la experiencia vivida en sus cursos, busca seguir asesorándolos, acompañándolos y persuadiéndolos para que repitan su experiencia y viajen de nuevo a su siguiente curso con EF.Sus responsabilidades pueden incluir: Asesoramiento Personalizado : Proporcionar apoyo individualizado a los ex participantes en aspectos como captación de feedback y generación de interés para un nuevo curso. Orientación y Ventas : Ayudar a los ex participantes a encontrar todos los factores positivos de su curso y todas las áreas de crecimiento obtenidas, para orientarlos a coordinar su siguiente curso. Seguimiento y Monitoreo : Hacer seguimiento de los ex participantes que han mostrado interés en realizar un siguiente curso, estar en contacto continuo y oportuno con ellos. Participación en eventos : Participación activa en eventos en la oficina y fuera de la oficina, en ferias, en reuniones informativas y eventos donde se reunen nuestros ex participantes con la idea de ponder darles información personalizada de nuestros cursos .   Requisitos:   Haber realizado un curso con EF. Título universitario obtenido o por recibir, idealmente en áreas relacionadas a Ventas, Marketing, Administración, Turismo. Interés en ventas o experiencia previa en áreas relacionadas a las ventas.  Inglés B1/B2 hablado y escrito. Experiencia Internacional con EF Dominio de herramientas tecnológicas: usar softwares de ventas, de preferencia CRM para gestionar el portafolio de leads y para llevar un correcto seguimiento del cumplimiento de los KPIs del negocio. Habilidades Blandas:   Ambición y orientación a resultados: alta motivación por alcanzar los objetivos y por superar las expectativas de nuestros aliados educativos. Habilidades Comunicativas: Habilidad para elaborar pitches de venta y para comunicar asertivamente la propuesta académica de la compañía. Orientación al cliente: ser un/a apasionado/a por entregar un servicio al cliente de alto nivel a fin de crear y sostener relaciones con los clientes a largo plazo. Adaptabilidad, resiliencia y flexibilidad: demostrar la habilidad de trabajar bajo presión y de superar retos, buscando soluciones y manteniendo una excelente actitud. Team Player: colaborar de manera efectiva con colegas de distintos entornos y culturas, demostrando sensibilidad y apertura a distintos puntos de vista.
