Como Plant Maintenance Manager, serás responsable de la administración de planes y procedimientos de mantenimiento, del control de presupuestos y gastos; y de la gestión de nuevos proyectos

Tus responsabilidades incluirán:

Coordinar las actividades del grupo de Técnicos de la UAP Seguimiento a refacciones criticas en almacén Controlar los equipos de mejora Realizar Reporte del concentrado de actividades diarias generadas durante la semana Seguimiento al cumplimiento de los planes de mantenimiento Modificar los planes maestros de mantenimiento Recorrido con Supervisor en area productiva Control de gastos de almacen Seguimientos a ordenes abiertas Control de proveedores con supervisores Dar seguimiento a las cotizaciones de refacciones criticas y realizar las altas correspondientes al almacen  Llevar Control y Seguimiento de QRCI's Concentrado Llevar Control y Seguimiento de equipment care (tableros y documentación) Administración de mantenimientos predictivos Administración (Dar seguimiento al presupuesto de mantenimiento) Administración de la programación de tableros de mantenimiento anual y semanal con Supervisor Administración de mantenimientos correctivos Asegurar con Técnicos el uso correcto del tarjeteo y candadeo Junta semanal con el grupo de Coordinadores, Gerencia y Técnicos Revisión y Mejoras en el Plan de Mantenimiento Control de fugas de aceite Generación y control de Ideas de Coordinadores Técnicos Administrar PDCA de los mantenimientos preventivos de la no adeherencia de los mantenimientos preventivos Revisión y seguimiento de polizas de mantenimiento asi como el refaccionamiento Requerimientos clave: Manejo del Software MP9 y SAP para mantenimiento Reparación y Calibraciones en bombas Rexroht Hidráulica,eléctrica, Mecanica a plus Compresores de tornillo, engranes, reciprocantes Chillers y Termoreguladores Conocimiento en analisis de Vibraciones y Termografias Conocimiento en subestaciones eléctricas baja y alta Conocimiento en Nivelación , paralelismo y concentricidad a máquinas de inyección Conocimiento en metrologia e instrumentación Conocimientos en ergonomia en trabajos técnicos
