FES & Productivity Manager

Provide FES expertise and coaching based on 11 lean manufacturing principles to contribute to achieve operational business, Accountable within the MOD cost budget for the construction & achievement of an efficient plant productivity plan, through “MOD cost management” & “MOD cost improvement. He/she pilots and animate the FES & P network within their perimeter as well as participating in the BG and Group worldwide activities.

Full P&L and levers understanding.

Problem Diagnosis and analytic skills to understand contexts and define/support the definition of action plans

**Customer and Business understanding**: ability to understand and manage the different customer requirements. and work within a matrix environment.

Ability to master change.

Developed communication skills, ability to negotiate mainly internally and often at higher levels.
