Responsabilidades Serás encargado de gestionar de manera proactiva todos los temas contractuales relevantes del proyecto o que le sea asignado, ya sea desde oficina central o desde el sitio de obra, según las necesidades del proyecto, apoyando de manera imprescindible y efectiva en la detección de riesgos, gestión de cambios y reclamos, emisión de oficios, llevar a cabo las minutas de reuniones relevantes, así como evaluar tanto el contrato principal como el de los subcontratistas y/o proveedores relacionados con el proyecto, con el fin de gestionarlos de manera efectiva. Lo anterior en coordinación constante con el Claim Manager basado en oficina central.

¿Qué necesitaras para ser exitoso en esta posición?

•3 años como mínimo en la gestión y administración de contratos, nacionales y/o internacionales.•Experiencia en obra relacionada con la ejecución, gestión y/o administración de proyectos.•Conocimiento de proyectos de soluciones eléctricas (generación, transmisión y/o distribución).•Capacidad probada de entendimiento de temas técnicos de proyectos.•Experiencia en conciliación y/o negociaciones con Clientes y Subcontratistas.•Habilidad de trato con Clientes y Subcontratistas.•Capacidad de entendimiento e interpretación (lectura, escritura y oral), de términos contractuales y legales, en inglés y español.•Capacidad de identificación de riesgos clave, tanto del contrato principal como el de Subcontratistas, con sentido de urgencia y escalación, implementando de medidas de mitigación, reporteo y seguimiento.•Experiencia en gestión (emisión, conciliación, formalización y cierre), tanto de reclamos como de ordenes de cambio entrantes y salientes.•Capacidad de elaboración y seguimiento de documentos contractuales como: minutas, oficios, transmittals y/o bitácoras de obra.•Capacidad de gestión y control documental (oficios, minutas, transmittals, etc.).•Profesional con carrera en ingeniería.•Inglés con dominio de la terminología legal y/o contractual.•Paquetería Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.•Microsoft Project.Experiencia deseable:•Conocimiento en ley civil, mercantil, administrativa, de obra pública y/o federal.•Interpretación, evaluación y deducción de cronogramas en Excel o Microsoft Project.•Familiaridad con los términos técnicos, financieros y legales más especializados es un plus.
