About the Role
The HR Generalist/Specialist supports the implementation and administration of all HR programs and activities. The role works within well established guidelines and under readily available advice of other HR professionals to provide general HR support to the organization.

What You Will Do
Supports the HR and/or line organization to provide professional HR support in all operational/administrative HR processes. These may incl. various or single aspects of recruitment, training, organization development, data collection and employee relations programs Secure, that activities are carried out according to agreed HR processes and policies and are compliant with legal requirements. Acts as speaking partner to HR and/or line management/employees providing expert assistance and guidance for assigned activities. Propose local adaptation to harmonize and/or improve process delivery. Contributes to overall HR process delivery with input or as process member. Applies and maintains relevant tools and system / data quality Contributes to a service culture to fulfill the service level agreement. This position has a scope to support approx. 500 employees (corporate offices and sales team nationally) Handles employee complaints, employee grievances, employee concerns, employee discipline, etc. Properly handles of Terminations of white-collar employees. Controls, reviews and keep record for all payments. First point of contact with employees. Handles the resolutions of all the external demands in conjunction with External Attorney. Coaches and trains white-collar operations partners on HR policies, processes, programs and strategies. Stays updated on employment law and employment law trends. Prepares and consolidate HR KPIS for monthly tracking Support or leads HR related projects (some complex projects are foreseen in 2024) Builds capability partnering with line managers, HR colleagues, and others business partners to jointly deliver business objectives and resolve issues. relationship building, employee/labor relations, etc. Supports the internal communication plans. Manages internal communication tools and programs. Promotes and expands of positive employee relations in the offices. First Backup of HR Manager
Who You Are
We are looking for a seasoned HR professional with HR generalist experience in commercial environments in Mexico. The ideal candidate should have experience leading change and organizational transformations. He/she should be used to working in a complex matrix organization with different stakeholders and be capable to deal with multiple conflicting priorities in a fast-paced environment. Essity has very high ethical and compliance standards and this role is critical in maintaining them, our HR Generalist is a role model for this. The position requires fluent English, several business meetings and regular exchange with global teams expected in 2024. Middle Excel skills Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, Organizational Development, Engineering or another related field. 2 years prior experience in Human Resources such as HR Generalist, or Personnel Administration 2 years prior experience in FMCG companies Competencies:Dealing with ambiguity.Strong Analysis Capability.Leadership, organizational and communication skillsAdvanced problem-solving skillsAnalytical approach and results oriented.Good Interpersonal and Negotiation skills.Tolerance to frustration.
