Director Middle Market

Objetivo del Puesto:
Responsable de liderar el negocio de P&C enfocado al segmento de Middle Market, de acuerdo con el apetito de riesgo de Chubb México y en coordinación con las áreas técnicas de suscripción para Daños, Responsabilidad Civil, Propiedad, Marine y Líneas Financieras. Es socio estratégico para los canales de distribución de Brokers y Agentes que comercialicen productos del segmento de responsabilidad.
Diseña y ejecuta la estrategia de negocio para Middle Market, siendo responsable del P&L asignado para sus líneas y segmentos de responsabilidad.
Responsabilidades:
Liderar el cumplimiento del Plan de Negocios para sus líneas y segmentos de responsabilidad, en conjunto con los líderes de las áreas técnicas y de los canales de distribución. En estricto apego a los criterios de aceptación de riesgos y objetivos de rentabilidad de Chubb. Estructurar el área de negocio de Middle Market, automatizando procesos, estableciendo modelos de gestión, impulsando la transformación digital, etc. Validar negocios de acuerdo con su nivel de suscripción, liderando la gestión de los suscriptores para la liberación de información al equipo comercial. Diseñar e implementar estrategias de portafolio & canales de distribución, liderando su ejecución y gestionando apoyos locales, regionales y/o de COG para lograr un óptimo seguimiento. Analizar el desempeño financiero de sus líneas y segmentos de responsabilidad a través del cumplimiento de suscripción, rentabilidad, apetito de mercado. Colocar y crear bases de negocios de reaseguro facultativo manejando la cartera de clientes para el control adecuado. Innovar y crear productos acordes a las necesidades del mercado llegando al resultado técnico de la línea para dar cumplimiento al plan de producción. Asistir a foros, convenciones, asociaciones, autoridades representando a la compañía siendo imagen líder de la línea de suscripción.Requisitos:
Carreras afines a la línea de negocio: Ingeniería, Economía, Derecho, Actuaría, Administración. Título Universitario. Inglés: Avanzado.Experiencia:
Mínimo de 5 años –
En posiciones gerenciales o directivas en áreas de suscripción en daños. Conocimiento y dominio de suscripción compleja: manuscritas, multilocation, cautivas, estructuras de reaseguro, transferencias alternativas de riesgo, etc. Desarrollo y manejo de proyectos. Comprensión y manejo de análisis financiero.-
